Are you new to Artificial Intelligence? Come learn with us! A librarian, an educational technology specialist, several content area teachers, and an Assistant Principal from Islip High School are excited to share their different experiences, trials and triumphs in utilizing Artificial Intelligence. Whether it be in the classroom, in the office, or in communications with the community, AI has provided us with a host of opportunities, as well as a lot of questions about how to use it!
From creating rubrics and lesson plans to discussing ethical dilemmas, uses and misuses, we will showcase the different ways in which AI can be used throughout our building. This will be an interactive session with live demonstrations of different tools; audience input is encouraged! Join us as we share our journey of what we have tried: what worked, what didn't, and what we still want to do.
